Kavya Maiya

Kavya Maiya is an established product leader with an innate desire and ability to quickly pick up new technology trends. She is currently building next-generation checkout products for Merchants and Consumers at PayPal as a Manager of Product Management. Before this, she was a Senior Technical Product Manager for the company and the single point of contact for issue management from an organizational level. She also worked as a NA SMB Operations Lead & Engagement Manager and Senior Integration Engineer during her time at PayPal.

Before that she was a Consultant at Sogeti, working to help clients better understand their business requirements and achieve their goals. She has also worked at Adobe as a Test Automation Engineering Intern for their Digital Marketing Suite and a Software Engineer in Quality Assurance. She also volunteered with the Adobe ACTION committee in her spare time.

Kavya began her studies at PESIT - Vishveshwaraya Technological University where she earned a Bachelor of Engineering and graduated with a GPA of 3.96. She then went on to the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona for her Master's degree, where she studied Management Information Systems with a concentration in Business Intelligence. Kavya is a life-long learner, always listening and picking up things from those around her in order to improve in her career.
