Kelly MacLean

Kelly MacLean is the Vice President of Business Products Engineering at Meta. She leads a variety of teams as they build Enterprise, Customer Support, and Core Infrastructure products. Before this, she was Director of Product Management and Marketing at Flite, a company that was acquired by Snap Inc. She also spent time as a Sales and Product Manager at Dell as well as founded her own company, Cross Ventures Consulting to help entrepreneurs with some guidance in the early stages of their business.

Kelly earned her Bachelor's in Management from the Purdue University Krannert School of Management. Furthermore, she holds an MBA in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Technology from Stanford University. Kelly is also a Dell BPI Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
