Kunal Desai

Kunal is a Product leader with more than 14 years of experience building successful, innovative and customer­-focused products. During his career, he has delivered products that drive user and business growth. Today, Kunal is a Group Product Manager at Walmart eCommerce, where he continuously looks at analytical data to identify ways to improve user experience and engagement. He has a proven track record in product managing high ­traffic consumer websites that are visited by millions of users. His professional experience includes leadership roles within the domain of IT & Services. A proactive team leader, Kunal is able to orchestrate cross­-functional agile teams and within them Product Managers, Engineers, Business Partners, Program Managers, and Senior Management to achieve agreement and move products forward. Additionally, he led the company's product vision and managed the product development roadmap and launch process, creating a responsive site that works on all devices - mobile, tablet and desktop. He spent 7 years at Snapfish and prior to this at Oracle, progressively attaining higher Product managerial roles. On top of being a successful cross-functional leader, his other areas of expertise include User Centric Design, Cross-Screen Web & App Monetization. Kunal graduated from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in Mechanical Engineering and earned an MBA from Darla Moore School of Business.
