Masooma Zakir

Masooma Zakir is a Senior Staff Product Manager at Drift, a marketing-tech company, where she's responsible for the product strategy, vision, and roadmap of AI. She’s launched a highly successful AI chatbot improving key metrics including adoption and retention. She is now focused on democratizing AI across Drift’s ecosystem of products.

Masooma is passionate about technology and using it to betters people's lives around the globe and considers herself lucky to be learning alongside product managers in the community. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her daughters encouraging them to find their own leadership strengths through activities such as Girl Scouts, various sports, and volunteering.
