Mathew Cropper

Mathew is a Senior Product Manager at Intercom, collaborating on shaping their mobile strategy and roadmap across all Intercom offerings. He owns problems end to end, works with design, product, backend engineers as well as other iOS and Android engineers to solve the biggest problems for Intercom’s customers. Prior to working at Intercom, Mathew worked at NewsWhip, Zendesk, King, and Accenture. He has years of experience in building deeply personal experiences for supporting and engaging a product's users. He's built and worked in world-class cross-functional teams, finding his love for scalable mobile engagement products after building Software Development Kits for player support at King. He's successfully grown adoption and revenue for SDKs in these roles, transforming them into some of the best in their respective category.
