Maziar Adl is a strategic leader with a record for leading the successful design and rollout of medium to large scale technology roadmaps and transformation. Maziar accelerated in his career during his tenure with Experian, being promoted to the position of SVP and CTO for UK&I Consumer Services. Under his leadership, Experian Consumer Services UK&I successfully executed one of the largest transformations in its history. This enabled innovation in new markets and accelerated product development. Since 2018 he has focused on leading Gocious a B2B SaaS provider focused on disrupting and enhancing product management and strategic product development process. Under his leadership his team has launched a full-scale subscription-based strategic product portfolio roadmap and management platform in the cloud. Maziar is now focusing his time on optimizing and improving the value of delivery of Gocious to its market.
After graduating from Sharif University of Technology, the number-one ranked university in engineering with a bachelor’s in industrial engineering, Maziar went on to play a key role in opening two manufacturing facilities as part of the Mammut Group. He later immigrated to United States and received a master’s in information and operations management from University of Southern California with honorary admission to Beta Gamma Sigma society. In his first-year post-graduation he led the development of Zinnote a business intelligence tool that won the COMDEX best of productivity software that same year. Maziar then went on to consult many fortune 500 companies in manufacturing, hi-tech and retail during his tenure in KPMG with a focus on eCommerce and internet-based solutions.
Since then he has dedicated his career to information management and finding ways to improve the long-term performance of organizations and teams.
