Product Manager, Microsoft
Molly is a Program Manager at Microsoft building user experiences that drive Acquisition and Engagement. In her current role, she is growing top-funnel metrics through an optimized onboarding experience for devices - including the new dual-screen foldable device - that scale to Consumer and Enterprise scenarios. She’s especially passionate about building personalized experiences at scale and collaborated across disciplines to gain insights from user research and experimentation to inform product decisions that balance customer and business requirements. Molly’s interest in multidisciplinary roles stems from her time at The University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with a double major in Computer Science and Economics from the School of Engineering and Applied Science. She’s an avid champion of growth through new experiences and has previous work experience in finance, venture capital, hardware, and software engineering - the combination of which led her to identify product management as a field that enables her to learn about multiple disciplines in parallel.
