Mukesh Jain

Mukesh is a Science, Engineering, and Product Lead working on personalization for Amazon. He is leading a cross-functional team of engineers, scientists, and product managers to build semantic search and personalization experiences.

Prior to Amazon, he spent almost five years working on the Walmart Global eCommerce team. He worked as a Product Lead first on Mobile Apps, later Online Grocery before finally working on Personalization and Relevancy. He has also been a Senior Director of Product Management at RMG Networks and a Director of Product Management for Education.com. He also founded Covantis Technologies, an education applications marketplace that helped to connect parents with learning solution software developers.

Mukesh attended the National Institute of Technology in Calicut where he earned his Bachelors in Computer Science. He continued his education at the University of California, Berkeley, getting his MBA at the Walter A. Haas School of Business.

According to his colleagues, Mukesh is a great professional who is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to IT solutions. He has tons of knowledge which helps him work well with his other team members to push forward the team effort. His detail-oriented mindset and positive attitude make all his contributions a real asset to his company.
