Currently a Senior Manager at Amazon Leo, she leads product development for mobility and B2B offerings across aviation, maritime, and land, with a focus on creating seamless, AI-enabled experiences that expand access to satellite broadband around the world. Throughout her career, Pampa has specialized in taking complex, ambitious products from initial concept to global scale while delivering meaningful customer and business outcomes.

Prior to Amazon Leo, Pampa led product and technology initiatives across Amazon Logistics and Amazon Advertising, applying machine learning, Generative AI, and data-driven product strategy to areas including last-mile delivery, fleet electrification, drone technology, advertising, and customer experiences. Earlier in her career, she held product and technology leadership roles across e-commerce, healthcare, and enterprise technology, including at Caterpillar and Dell. With experience spanning both 0-to-1 innovation and large-scale product growth, Pampa is passionate about helping product teams navigate ambiguity, embrace emerging technologies, and turn customer insights into products that create measurable impact.
