Parag Agrawal

Parag is a Lead Product Manager at Microsoft. He is responsible for managing a team of PMs, strategizing and executing the product roadmap, and working closely with customers, business and engineering stakeholders to turn vision into reality. Parag joined Microsoft in 2004 as developer support engineering to support issues for enterprisecustomers pertaining to Internet technologies. His role involved understanding code issues, consulting solutions to premium customers and live production debugging to understand and fix production issues and writing support voice articles to help the developer community. He later pivoted to other roles ranging from software development, testing, program and product management. Parag enjoys creating web-based social networking products to ease buying/selling.
