Parama is working to build the best-in-class safety products as a Product Leader at Reddit. Before this, she spent four years working at Twitter. She started off as an Analytics Lead for Safety. She owned and drove metrics road maps that collected data from various sources including user reports and tweets to balance the needs of product, operations, internal tools agents, and users.

After that, she went on to continue working on safety as a Data Product Manager. She worked on the launch of model recall measurements and guided experiments that improved recall from 20% to 70%. She also worked on projects that helped to label, downrank, and hide abusive tweet replies from user's home timelines, leading to a decrease in abuse user reports.

Parama has also worked as a Business Analytics and Strategy Consultant for PwC and was a Graduate Teaching Assistant for a Project Management class at The University of Arizona. She was also an Application Developer at Infosys with American Express as her client.

She graduated from the University of Pune with a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications. She graduated first class with distinction. Upon graduation, she went on to receive some specialized training in IBM mainframes in the Infosys Foundation Training Program. A few years later she would go on to get her Master's in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.

Parama's colleagues believe that her strong work ethic will lead to a continued strong and bright future career in Product. She is a dedicated and reliable team member who is guaranteed to develop very useful inputs and ideas. Her strong analytical mind helps her to break down difficult problems into small logical solutions, something that has been especially helpful on some past critical projects. It is no doubt that she brings a lot to any team lucky enough to have her.
