Rachel Walsh

Rachel Walsh is a user experience leader who serves as Vice President, Global Services at UserTesting. Tasked with leading a global team of more than 50 UX researchers and strategists, she oversees how UserTesting delivers research and insight to its customers. Her focus is building strong teams and understanding human behavior inside a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, work that has become more central as more of that environment involves AI. Before UserTesting, Rachel led frontline UX research at Mailchimp, embedded across the company's product teams.

At UserTesting, Rachel works to give business and design teams confidence that they know their users better than anyone else in the room, and to clear the obstacles that get in the way of real collaboration. She has helped drive profit margin, retention, and customer satisfaction gains for UserTesting's global services team, and has developed and launched new services built around what customers actually need. Rachel has spent over five years leading that team at UserTesting.
