Rashi Kaushik

Rashi is a strategic and data-driven Manager with strong business acumen and expertise in managing full product lifecycles in Product and Program Management role spanning across 12 years. She has a proven record of success in effectively envisioning, managing and delivering high ROI initiatives across globally distributed cross-functional teams. Currently, Rashi is a Senior Global Product Manager at Expedia Group, taking Product concepts from idea through research, development, measurement, and iteration. Additionally, she works in a small autonomous agile team along with UX designers, Engineers, Analysts, Data Scientists, and Marketing to deliver exceptional products to Expedia’s customers, and talking regularly with customers and partners to continuously improve our understanding of what tools Expedia’s travelers need to manage their travel plans wherever in the world they may be. As a Technical Product Manager at Expedia, Rashi managed execution and delivery of Expedia's content platform to collect, curate and playback customers’/ suppliers’ reviews and photos, and led a process overhaul by leveraging Agile methodologies to effectively launch features and react to our partner’s and customer’s needs. Prior to working at Expedia, Rashi was a Program Manager at Microsoft, where she launched an online service order management experience for a variety of Microsoft devices like XBOX, Surface, Windows phone and MS Band helping route 44% customers to a self-service portal from Agents.
