Richa Bala is a hands-on Product Leader currently working at Booking.com. She has years of experience and a special talent for building analytics, SaaS, customer success, and customer experience products. She enjoys sharing her product knowledge with the community as a Mentor to women in product and a Product School Speaker. Before her current role, Richa was a PM at Gainsight.

Richa is extremely dedicated to her craft, always looking to understand her customers' needs and come up with creative features that reach them. She has proven herself an excellent communicator, having built many positive business relationships with past clients and customers throughout her career. She knows the importance of staying curious and asking questions to ensure seamless communication across teams and within her own.
