During her lucrative career, she contributed within multiple roles as a Project Manager, Senior Scrum Master, Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach, and Engagement Leader, to name a few. Additionally, she was able to work across a variety of domains supporting smaller ventures and successful enterprises such as Amazon, Expedia, Microsoft, and today T-Mobile. As an Agile Transformation Coach and Trainer at T-Mobile, Shaaron plays a pivotal role in onboarding new agile coaches by developing and rolling out an Agile Coaching boot camp. Moreover, she developed great quality training decks, interactive workshops including innovation games. She is adept at salvaging projects & programs and improving processes in chaotic environments.
