Sharon Anne Kean

Sharon is a global product and technology leader. She is empathetic, enthusiastic, loves a challenge and a strong purpose. Currently, she is the Senior Product Director at Wise (formerly TransferWise) where Sharon leads the international expansion teams which are growing Wise around the world by expanding to new markets and growing the existing markets. Prior to this, she was the Director of Product at SEEK and a Product Director at Bloom and Wild. She held various positions in Product across many other companies. Sharon has built and lead data-driven customer-centric teams across multiple countries, with hands-on experience of front to backend technology including AI/machine learning. She has launched market-leading products across multiple regions as well as helping lead some of the UK's fastest-growing start-ups through steep growth curves.
