Shashaank Shekhar Singhal

With over a decade in the Product Industry, Shahaank has experience building consumer internet & SaaS products on mobile & web. Currently he is a Product Manager at Uber, where he is building products for the company's customer support. Shahaank also leads product strategy for customer experience in several platforms, such as Chat, Chatbot, Video, WhatsApp and In-person for different stakeholders. 

Prior to his role at Uber, Shahaank was the Director of Product at Vokal India, a voice-powered knowledge platform that enables users to exchange information without the use of a keyboard. He was also the Director of Product at redBus.in where he launched 3 apps and was responsible for the company's product strategy and execution. He also conducted roadmaps and launched 5 content aggregator portals as a Product Manager at Accentium. 

Shahaank graduated from the Panjab Engineering College with a degree in Electronics and Electrical Communication. He then received a degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the Indian school of Business.
