Shiva Rajaraman

Shiva Rajaraman is Chief Product and Technology Officer at MrBeast, where he leads product and engineering as the company builds a platform connecting creators with brands. He describes his work simply, as building great products that help people realize their greatest potential.

Before MrBeast he was VP of Delivery Product at Uber, and before that spent nearly three years at OpenSea, first as VP of Product and then as Chief Operating Officer. Earlier he led Commerce at Meta, was Chief Technology Officer at WeWork, worked on Product for Apps at Apple, and spent two years as VP of Consumer Product at Spotify. He also spent eight years at Google, focused mainly on YouTube, starting as a Senior Product Manager for Watch and Discovery and finishing as Director of Product Management leading the viewer, creator, and developer areas. He has also worked as a Senior Product Manager at Twitter.

Shiva earned his Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from UC Berkeley and an MBA with honors from The Wharton School, where he took part in field projects in media distribution, marketing, and product strategy with National Geographic.
