Shuang Li

Shuang Li is a passionate product leader who has innovated in the areas of machine learning, network optimization, mobile payment, commerce, and EV charging cloud over the past 10+ years at PayPal, ChargePoint, and Alipay (Ant Financial). She drives partner monetization and complex payments for the PayPal Commerce Platform. At ChargePoint, she led the team to bring the ChargePoint network to Europe and grew it from a couple of hundred of stations to hundreds of thousands.

At Alipay, Shuang worked on the first global payment architecture of connecting cross-border merchants with consumers through Alipay. She brought her engineering expertise to building the next-generation high-speed Internet for millions of households in the US at Google. Since she joined PayPal, she has been a core member standardizing the Product Manager hiring process across the company. Shuang graduated from the Ohio State University with a doctoral degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
