Simone Paul Tamussin

Simone Paul Tamussin is an experienced product leader with over two decades of experience building powerful payment products. For the past six years, he has been a part of the Mastercard team. He started with the company as a Business Leader, responsible for the European expansion of their eCommerce platform Simplify and after less than a year he was promoted to Head of SME. He is currently leading Payment Gateway Services as VP of Global Product Development.

Simone has previously worked as a Product Lead for the FinTech companies Global Payments and Kalixa Payments Group. He also helped lead the extremely successful launch of the PayPal prepaid card during his two and a half years as the Italian Head of Financial Products and Consumer Platform.

Simone has been applauded by his colleagues for his deep understanding of the payments industry. This, along with his dedication and collaborative attitude allow him to empower those around him to push out top-quality work. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in many of the successful launches and projects from the various organizations that we're lucky enough to have him.
