Sophie is a seasoned Product Strategy Director at Globant, bringing over 8 years of broad experience to her position. With a clear focus on strategy, service design and customer experience, she leads the company's efforts to promote a digital and cognitive revolution.
Today, Sophie works in the field of product management and service design, however, she began her professional career in the design of physical products as a Product Designer for the Walt Disney Company. After attaining various positions in Design, Brand Strategy and Service Design, she eventually broke into Product; as an expert in these fields, today she turns a strategy into a meaningful, actionable plan, roadmap or a deliverable feature.

Her colleagues describe her as a clear thinker and communicator who obsessively searches for evidence. Moreover, Sophie considers herself as a rigorous and passionate professional who always keeps an eye on maintaining momentum and driving teams towards tangible outputs. Under her leadership, multidisciplinary teams designed and delivered the right solution for their customers while making better product decisions, quicker. As a seasoned leader, Sophie believes in empowering great teams by cultivating transparency, diversity, inclusion, trust, alignment, along with autonomy.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design with professional development from Brunel University.
