Soy Kim, a purpose-driven marketing strategist, stands out with a history of impressive achievements in the industry. As a Bicultural and Bilingual marketing executive, Soy has been instrumental in pioneering first-of-its-kind collaborations between the U.S. and Korea, bridging cultures and markets. With a proven track record in the music industry, Soy has led GRAMMY award-winning campaigns for renowned artists such as BTS, John Legend, Baby Keem, and Chloe x Halle. Her journey spans across CJ ENM's Seoul HQ, Columbia Records in NYC, and now, as a Product Marketing Manager at Spotify.

In her current role at Spotify, Soy navigates the intricate intersection of creator monetization, content promotion, and product development. Leading SPACE, Spotify’s Asian Pacific (API) belonging group, she oversees strategic programming and partnerships to drive API inclusion and community. As a mentor for the national non-profit Asian American Collective and the Recording Academy’s GRAMMYU program, Soy contributes to fostering diversity in the industry. Holding an MBA from Yale and a BA from Harvard, Soy is not only a seasoned marketing professional but also a thought leader dedicated to creating meaningful impact in the tech and music spheres.
