Stipica is a senior cross-functional digital professional who brings +15 years of experience in areas of digital marketing & sales, digital business development, and team management. During his lucrative career, he worked across a variety of domains such as Financial Services, Banking, IT and Higher Education.

Having an academic background in IT, he began his professional career also within the IT environment and later after obtaining his BA Econ degree, he took up various business positions. This shift in Stipica’s career gave him an amount of valuable know-how and a perfect blend of skills ranging between technical, business development, marketing, and sales parties. On top of being an excellent and inspiring leader, he is also an expert in driving tangible results on various roles in large corporate environments and large scale software product & project management. He is described by his colleagues as having the ability to motivate with passion and devotion and constantly open newly exiting frontiers with interesting topics and ideas.

He studied IT and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Business economy from VPS Libertas. Stipica feels happiest when he has hands free opportunity to create customer-centric digital services or campaigns with strong business impact. Outside of his day job routine, Stipica is an avid windsurfer, photographer and a passionate green tea drinker.
