Suresh has 20+ years of experience leading Product, Strategy, and Operations. His expertise includes SaaS & Subscriptions, Product Management, Business Operations, Program Management, and Analytics. Suresh also has 10+ years of experience in building and scaling Products, growing market share while reducing churn and risk, and managing design through launch for several successful products. He’s created new Customer offers that led to over $100M in incremental growth collectively and has a proven track record driving strategy to execution within large matrixed organizations, and leading high-performance teams. Currently, Suresh is a Group Product Manager at Adobe, leading Product Strategy and Operations for Enterprise business, Strat Planning, and Market & Opportunity sizing. Additionally, he’s led a cross-functional team to create an exec framework that provides a data-driven operating model for measuring and improving on key metrics and business health across the customer journey from discovery through retention & growth. Though Suresh began working as a Manager of Enterprise & Channel Sales, where he analyzed sales & customer data to segment distribution and movement of customers across the pricing levels and tiers, and created business models to estimate impact of adjusting pricing and levels for loyalty programs. Suresh’s recommendation generated over $60MM in incremental revenues by optimizing and improved price discrimination on $1.5B channel sales.
