Susan Cates

Susan Cates oversaw the product and service delivery operations whilst working as Chief Operating Officer at 2U, Inc. She was a founding team member of ThinkEquity Partners, leading the education banking vertical. A few years later, she became a partner at Best Associates, where she led education platforms across the U.S. and Latin America.
