Tejaswini Marathe

Tejaswini is a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, bringing over 8 years of experience to her position. Recently, she led the product team to successfully launch Alexa’s first bilingual experience in Canada.

She started off her professional career at KPMG where she spent 5 years successfully attaining various positions, from an Analyst, Senior Associate, eventually to a Technology Consultant. Under her leadership, cross-functional global delivery teams at KPMG redesigned the processing of payment applications and improved the data collection process, to name a few of their achievements. She takes a multidisciplinary approach that encompasses the fields of technology, business, and engineering, giving her a perfect blend of skills for a career in Product. Her work has taken her across the world from India, United Kingdom, Singapore, eventually to Seattle, US, where she is currently based.

Tejaswini holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore and also earned an MBA from Cornell University. Moreover, Tejaswini is a Board Member of Johnson Women in Technology Conference, committed to driving the national dialogue around advancing opportunities in technology for women. As an enthusiast and an aspirant of the tech industry, she encourages more women to attain leadership roles in such a competitive environment.
