Tom Laufer is the Co-Founder and CEO of Loops, a product analytics platform powered by AI, helping product managers identify and act on hidden growth opportunities. With over 9 years of experience in growth and analytics, Tom has led data-driven product strategies that significantly enhance business outcomes. Previously, he served as the Head of Growth and Analytics for EMEA at Google, where he spearheaded user growth across consumer apps, hardware products, and B2B services. Tom is passionate about leveraging data and innovative strategies to drive user engagement and retention. He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
