Tomer Katz is a Google Product Leader with over ten years of experience working on customer-centric development. In his current role, he is focusing on Google Search UI Building Blocks and the Developer Experience. Before this, he was a Surface Devices Software PM at Microsoft. In that role, he collaborated with the engineering team to transform customer feedback into product specifications and features. Tomer has also worked as a Technical PM at NVIDIA working on autonomous vehicles and at Elbit Systems working on drones.
Tomer attended The Open University of Israel, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. After that, he went on to study at the prestigious Duke University for his double Master's in Business Administration and Science/Technology Management.
Tomer is someone who leads by example and always pushes his team to work together and think outside of the box. His colleagues know that they can rely on him when they need a helping hand with difficult problems
