Vasileios Bouras

Vasileios Bouras is a Product Leader with more than a decade of experience building and scaling innovative products across healthcare, e-commerce, and emerging technologies. Currently a Principal Product Manager at Amazon Leo, formerly Project Kuiper, he leads global supply chain optimization and inventory allocation initiatives supporting Amazon's satellite internet program. Throughout his career, Vasileios has focused on solving complex customer challenges, bringing new products from concept to launch, and creating scalable solutions that deliver meaningful business impact.

Prior to Amazon Leo, Vasileios held product leadership roles at Amazon Pharmacy, where he worked on improving fulfillment efficiency, inventory management, and delivery speed. Earlier in his career, he served as VP of Product and Data at Alodokter, leading teams of more than 30 people and launching digital healthcare products, including insurance and online pharmacy offerings. He also co-founded GazeHealth, a healthcare data startup, and spent several years at CipherHealth, helping grow the company from pre-revenue to a significant presence in the US healthcare market. With experience spanning startups and global technology companies, Vasileios brings a practical perspective on product strategy, innovation, and building customer-focused products from the ground up.
