Vic Chen

Vic loves creating magical experiences that inspire on a deep level. She is currently working on the future of inventory as a Product Leader at Stick Fix. Previously, she was a Lead Product Manager at Belong, where her marketplace initiative efforts significantly reduced vacancy rates while increasing NPS. Additionally, she decreased processing time with her custom credit score and waitlist ranking algorithm. Before she started adding immense value in this role, she co-founded and was CPO at Viken Studios, a startup that launched a B2B component sourcing marketplace and a DTC brand. During her time there she impressively negotiated an exclusive partnership with a supplier of Restoration Hardware and Crate & Barel. Vic also spent almost two years working as a Data Analyst and Data Scientist at Uber.

Vic has a very impressive educational background. She earned her Bachelor's in Applied Mathematics and Architectural Design from Harvard University. Her program also involved multiple classes taken at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Vic earned excellent marks and ended up graduating Cum Laude. She also attended a UC Berkeley Boot Camp for UI/UX Design. Colleagues say Vic is a delight to work with due to her technical strength and natural intuition for user needs.
