Victoria Kovtun

Victoria Kovtun is an accomplished product leader with a wealth of experience in dynamic marketplaces. Currently a Product Leader at Delivery Hero, she is at the forefront of shaping user experiences and advancing business strategies in the online food delivery industry. Prior to this, she served as a Product Director at Cian, the leading real estate marketplace in Russia. There, she orchestrated an impressive IPO, achieving a market cap of $1 billion, and drove 40% YoY revenue growth through innovative product launches. Her focus on enhancing the user experience resulted in a 40% increase in conversion to lead on mobile platforms.

Victoria holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Saint Petersburg State University, where her diploma thesis centered around A/B testing software tools for digital products.
