Vinay Kanchanapally

Vinay is an MBA candidate from the Yale School of Management with a multi-disciplinary experience cutting across the Information Technology, Education, Financial Services, and Cleantech industries. Currently, he’s Senior Product Manager at Walmart Labs, being be responsible for a portfolio of software tools and services, and working with the engineering team to own the product from end to end and cradle to grave. Additionally, understanding the problems and opportunities faced by a broad spectrum of internal customers across global markets and boils them down to define and drive implementation for a scalable, multi-tenant solution, and building solid partnerships with Experience Tools engineering, business teams, Walmart Labs Product teams, and business leadership to deliver products that make them all happy. Vinay defines and documents detailed product requirements, functional specifications, and visual design / UX concepts, as well as, devises and champions a vision, strategy, and roadmap for the products to support team and company goals and objectives. Though, he started out as a Product Manager overseeing the Catalog, Merchant Technology. Vinay began his career as a Senior Analyst at Goldman Sachs, then after about 2 years, went on to become a Digital Product Manager at Organica Water.
