Yuriy Luchkiv

Yuriy is a successful Chief Technology Officer at Forcelate, a provider of development and maintenance of Java-based applications. During his lucrative career that spanned over 7 years, he has held many Software Engineering positions gaining expertise across the domains of Computer Software and IT & Services. 

Yuriy is a true Engineering practices enthusiast who began his professional career as a Software Engineering at EPAM Systems, a Software & Platform Engineering. Throughout his career, he has contributed to over 25 apps and 3 products, managing various clients across the USA and Europe: the UK, Spain, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, and Switzerland, to name a few. He has successfully delivered several applications in the areas of logistics and email management, delivering quality code from a support and efficiency perspective. For each organization he leads, Yuriy helps achieve transformative success by clearly understanding the objectives and requirements of each project and integrating them well into the team. His main areas of expertise include Engineering Management and Agile Methodologies. 

He graduated from Lviv Physics and Mathematics Lyceum and earned a degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from Lviv Ivan Franko National University. An avid speaker, Yuriy has been a Lecturer at Lviv IT School, teaching courses in HR, Recruitment along with Java, and today he is a featured speaker at Product School.
