Chief Product Officer

The Chief Product Officer (CPO) sets the strategic product direction for an entire organization. A Chief Product Officer will take ownership of Product vision, Product innovation, Product design, Product Development, and Product Marketing initiatives. They lead the Product Management organization, supervise Product Managers, and mentor Product teams. The CPO creates a vision and strategy for the entire Product Management organization, markets and evangelizes products throughout the product life cycle, researches and analyzes data and presents results to make informed decisions across the organization, and elevates Product to the executive level. To be considered for this role, a candidate should have an advanced degree or MBA, 10+ years of experience in a Product role, 10+ years of experience leading teams, previous executive team experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a superb understanding of data and how to use data to support decision making.

Role Description:
