Amit Zavery

Amit Zavery is a product and technology executive with over 30 years of experience who serves as the President and Chief Product Officer at ServiceNow. Tasked with leading the platform, products, and engineering behind ServiceNow's transformation into the AI platform for business, he guides the strategic vision for a company powering more than 75 billion workflows a year, serving enterprises across every major industry. Amit oversees a multidisciplinary organization spanning platform, product, engineering, cloud infrastructure, and user experience, and his leadership has been central to ServiceNow's rapid evolution from a workflow automation company into a comprehensive, AI-native ecosystem where data, agents, and enterprise workflows intersect.

At ServiceNow, Amit drives the design and launch of highly automated, AI-powered products built to help enterprises turn fragmented operations into coordinated, autonomous work. He has spearheaded the company's agentic AI strategy, from the AI Control Tower that governs AI across the enterprise to a marketplace of autonomous workers that resolve end-to-end tasks without human intervention. With a deep commitment to turning enterprise complexity into tangible outcomes, Amit specializes in aligning cross-functional teams to build advanced, secure technologies that let organizations adopt AI at scale without losing control. Before ServiceNow, he spent nearly six years at Google Cloud as VP/GM and head of platform, and nearly 25 years at Oracle, where he rose to executive vice president of product development.
