Catherine is a Product Designer with a background in psychology and human-computer interaction, working to make people's lives better - from designing large systems to the smallest, delightful interactions. Currently, she is a designer with ADAPT at Bain & Company.

During her lucrative career that spanned over 9 years, Catherine has contributed to various roles in the Design field, such as a UX Designer and Interaction Designer. She has worked on products for teachers, tackled logistics in the cell & gene immunotherapy space, and designed tools to support military mission planning. She eventually broke into Product as a Product Designer at Vineti, a company purpose-built for personalized therapies. Her responsibilities included designing products to support the scalable distribution of cell & gene therapies, including cancer treatments. She is a highly competent and thoughtful UX designer with incredible attention to detail that transfers into the visual design as well. Moreover, she has a passion for introducing new ways of thinking and incorporating methods that are rooted in her past design experience.

Today, as a Design consultant at Bain & Company she works with leading Fortune 500 companies to solve business challenges and shape digital products & services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and International Relations from Brown University and earned a Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction from Georgia Institute of Technology.
