Jonathan Hastings
Senior Product Manager, Squarespace
Jonathan Hastings is a Senior Product Manager on the Growth Product Team at Squarespace, working to help empower the independent workforce of makers, thinkers, and doers to stand out online. Previously, he led the iOS Product Teams at Rent the Runway, helping transform the way women get dressed and disrupting
the $3 trillion fashion industry. Before that, Jonathan worked as Product Manager on Jet's catalog team for Data Optimization. He joined Jet.com 3 months after its launch and stayed through the Walmart acquisition a year later. At Jet, he was the Product Owner for the company's most widely used business tool and responsible for implementing one of the most technically complex new features to their product catalog with over 35m active SKUs. There, his team built an entirely new web app and RESTful API while working with Product Managers from across the company to build a cross-functional roadmap and integrate with Walmart eCommerce. Jonathan is a graduate from Princeton University, and in his spare time, he serves on the Board of Trustees for The Foundation for Student Communication, a group founded at Princeton in 1968 by Steve Forbes to bring together undergraduate students and business leaders to equip the next generation with the tools and knowledge to solve the world's biggest problems. The Foundation is the publisher of Business Today magazine, the most widely distributed student-run publication in North America, and hosts a series of conferences inviting students and business leaders from around the world.
