VP of Product, Amplitude
Justin is currently the VP of Product at Amplitude Analytics, where he helps companies understand their user behavior data and build a better product. He gained his earlier experience in Product in a variety of roles, as he co-founded two ventures and worked for companies like McKinsey.
At McKinsey, he held the position of Engagement Manager. Justin focused on topics including product development, marketing, and e-commerce in consumer-facing industries, including CPG, Retail and High Tech. After very successful years Justin’s entrepreneurial mindset eventually led him to be a Founding Member at Booz Digital. There he led cross-functional teams of strategists, designers, and technologists in projects that turn ideas into a transformational digital business. He was able to develop disruptive opportunities over multiple phases, without any interruption by hand-offs. Therefore, Justin has a very broad skill set including design and visualization of the solution, working with partners to build and scale the results. He then followed his passion and became the CEO and the Co-founder of Rivalry Games. This five star rated daily fantasy product, offers single-game fantasy football, baseball, and basketball. When leading those ventures, Justin has shown remarkable leadership skills in cross-functional teams. He can remain calm in the toughest of situations, giving clear instructions and motivating his teammates. Justin also showed outstanding achievements at University, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Carleton College and an MBA from Stanford University.
