As CEO of Product School, it is with great enthusiasm that I introduce Russ Haswell as our new Revenue Advisor. With more than 25 years of leadership experience within customer experience software and service companies, Russ brings a wealth of expertise to our institution.
Russ's remarkable career includes a pivotal role at Medallia, where he led the company's Go-To-Market (GTM) organization and successfully expanded its presence into various vertical markets. During Russ’s 14-year tenure at Medallia, annual recurring revenue (ARR) grew from $6M to over $600M, including a successful IPO in 2019. His collaboration with some of the world's most esteemed brands underscores his ability to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that deliver outsized value.
Prior to Medallia, Russ held Vice President roles at CustomerSat, Inc. (now Forsta) and Frost & Sullivan, showcasing his talent for identifying market opportunities, leading successful teams, implementing frameworks for growth and accelerating sales while working efficiently with available capital.
Russ's extensive background, spanning leadership in growth-oriented Silicon Valley-based companies, aligns perfectly with Product School's mission to provide top-tier education and mentorship in the field of product management. We are confident that Russ's presence as a Revenue Advisor will greatly benefit and contribute to our commitment to excellence.
