Penny Ann Szeto is a product professional who loves to use data to solve complex user issues. Currently, she is leading as Head of Product for Game Growth Retail at Amazon. Before this, she spent six years as part of the product team at American Express. She began as a Senior PM in 2015 and worked her way up to her final role there as VP of Product Development. Throughout her career at the leading financial services company, she guided multi-disciplinary teams to drive digital platform priorities and innovation while leading the vision for a suite of applications and customer success. Before stepping into her first product role, Penny was a Senior Strategy Consultant at Accenture.
Penny Ann attended the University of Michigan for her Bachelor's degree. There, her top marks earned her entry into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. In addition to her undergraduate degree, she also studied Global Strategy at The London School of Economics and Political Science and earned a Harvard Certificate in Leadership Excellence. In her spare time, Penny Ann volunteers at the non-profit organization Girls Inc, helping young girls develop their skills to grow up happy, educated, and independent.
