Bálint Csernik is a Product Leader with more than 15 years of experience building AI-powered products, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation solutions. Currently at Robinhood, he leads Care AI, developing intelligent customer support experiences that combine generative AI, automation, and scalable infrastructure to serve millions of customers. His passion lies in building products that reduce manual work, empower teams, and transform how people interact with technology.

Before joining Robinhood, Bálint spent more than five years at Google, where he helped launch AI-powered products and led the development of innovative generative AI and Applied AI solutions for enterprise customers. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade at PwC leading technology transformation initiatives and helping organizations modernize complex business processes through technology. Drawing on experience across consulting, AI, and product management, Bálint enjoys mentoring aspiring product managers and sharing practical approaches to building customer-centric products that deliver meaningful business impact.
